Membrane Waterproofing
There has been advancement in materials for membranes with the advent of polymer based materials. In flexible membranes, there are two further types - cold & hot applied liquids which dry into flexible membranes (namelybitumen coating, PU coating, acrylic coating, polymer coating) and flexible membranes which are pasted/ loose laid/ mechanically fastened/ torched onto the substrate namely PP Membranes, PVC Membranes, EPDM Membranes, HDPE Membranes, TPO Membranes etc. The flexible membrane water- proofing system is mainly applied to repair and waterproof roofs and other exteriors.
3. Manpower Building & Architectural Division
This Division of the Stat provides design and construction oversight for K–12 schools, community colleges, and various other state-owned and leased facilities. The Division also develops accessibility, structural safety, and historical buildings and standards utilized in various public and private buildings throughout the India.
Manpower Building & Architectural Division are working to develop building and standards of Infrastructure , and We do this with planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience to reflect functional, technical, social, environmental andaesthetic considerations.
4. MANPOWER Structure Division
Company is involve in various heavy fabrication works like Gantries, Cantilevers, Foot over bridge, Toll Plaza, Bus Shelters, machinery for effluent treatment plants, sugar plants, fabrication and erection of factory shed . Recently we completed Two Toll Plaza in Rajasthan for NHAI & Toll plaza and foot Over Bridges work in Bihar for NHAI

5. Neoprene Rubber Pad
Neoprene Bearing Pads provide a uniform transfer of load from beam to substructure. They permit beam rotation at the bearing point due to deflection or misalignment. They absorb vibration and prevent sound transfer, while reducing the destructive action of vibration between movable and stationary structural members. They also provide for movement caused by normal expansion and contraction. Neoprene Bearing Pads are used extensively in bridge structures and prestressed and precast concrete buildings. Also used in industrial machinery and heavy equipment applications.
6. Hydrophilic Swell Bar

These rubber seats are made as per the laid down rules & regulations of the industry. Our offered range of hydrophilic seats is used for sealing of joints in underground precast elements, tunnels, vertical construction joints and concrete-steel joints. Swell Bar is known for its characteristics such as water proof quality, resistance to weather and excellent durability.
Hydrophilic Swell Bar is suitable for all construction joints subject to hydrostatic pressure on one or both sides. It provides simple but efficient water proofing of construction joints.
Hydrophilic Swell Bar is used for sealing of joints in Underground precast elements, Tunnels, vertical construction joints and concrete-steel joints. The water retention property of Hydrophilic Swell Bar increases its volume by three and thereby stops penetration of water.
7. PVC water Stopper
PVC Water Stops are profiles based on specially formulated plasticized PVC composition. PVC Water Stopper is used in concrete masonry construction of hydraulic structures to safeguard from hydrostatic pressure and water seepage. Water Stopper also withstands expansion and contraction of joints as well takes care of any deflection and displacement arising due to change in temperature or settlement of foundation eliminating dangers of cracks since these is engineered as water tight seals in poured concrete structures. After being embedded in concrete, PVC water stops fill up the joints to form a continuous watertight diaphragm that prevents the passage of fluid.
