Manpower HD-100 Board is a Pre molded compressible Filler board, high performance closed cell Joint. Filler material available in board Form. It suitable use as Expansion Joint filler in concrete, bricks block work and isolation Joints where readily compressible low load transfer joint filler is required.

Manpower Bitumen Filler Board

Our products are world-wide known for excellent racking, weather resistance and insulation properties. Manpower expansion joint filler board is made from compressed dry wood fibers impregnated with bitumen prior to being compressed to ensure that to prevent cracking due to change in the weather and allows joint to freely expand in summer and contract in winters without damaging the concrete slabs. It also prevent deposition of foreign material that help free movement of concrete during expansion & contraction and thus prevents cracking.
MPP filler board have excellent resistance to compression and outstanding recovery characteristics, high resilience property gives more than 80% recovery.
While Using Bitumen Filler Board as a water proofing expansion and contraction in construction because of its unique property of bitumen long chain of hydro carbon molecules, the molecular activity becomes slow at low temperature in winter season and increase at high temperature (summer season). This behavior of molecular gives resistance of water proofing and expansion and contraction.

MANPOWER Board is alkali resistant, closed cell non cross linked polymer based expansion joint filler material for RCC Columns, Beams, Walls, and Slabs. It is non-staining and non-deteriorating expansion joint filler for buildings.
Application: • Structural expansion joint in building • Buildings brick and block work • Isolation joints between adjacent constructions, E.g. buildings, around manholes. Drains and other insets in concrete
Features & Advantages • Closed Cell • Clean to work with, no crumbs, dust or fibers, easy cutting by knife. • Can withstand joint movement • Does not disintegrate. • Does not react with Acids & Alkalis. • Thickness is built up using at least one layer of 10mm of specifically extruded high performance Manpower Board • Negligible water absorption • Will not discolor sealants or architectural substrates • Excellent recovery hence can accommodate joint Movement.

Density will range from 29 to 35 kg/m3. The thicknesses are measured by measuring tape or steel rulers, from sides on length and width and average thickness is kept as specified.
